SKEHAN Colin

From his first steps as a door-to-door fundraiser, to his role as CEO of Revolutionise, Colin has spent two decades learning, and sharing, all he can about growth. Before joining Revolutionise, he helped rapidly accelerate income at some of Ireland’s leading charities. In that time, he and his teams have won many accolades, including multiple fundraising-team-of-the-year and campaign awards, while Colin won Ireland’s national ‘Fundraiser of the Year’ award along the way. Now, through Revolutionise, he helps organisations around the world develop the strategy, culture and psychology that underpin rapid and sustained growth.

Revolutionise is the accelerator for fundraising organisations worldwide and home of The Great Fundraising Project – a decade-plus initiative involving academic research, action research and detailed casework with clients in multiple countries. The project is focussed on examining the behaviours that drive transformational growth in income and mission delivery. The findings are captured in the foundational book ‘Great Fundraising Organizations’ by Revolutionise founder Alan Clayton, and published globally by Wiley in 2025. 

The Revolutionise team has worked in over thirty countries, with over one hundred clients whose compounded revenue growth is many billions of EURO.
